1. Where can I view my order details?

You may view your order details on the order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. If your order is placed via a registered e-Store account, you may also access your order information on the account summary or orders page by logging in to your account and selecting the particular order number.

Will i get updates for my order?

Once you have confirmed and placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address provided. The information included in the mail depends on whether you have opted for an in-Store pickup or delivery.

 

2. I have received the wrong item. What should I do?

In the event that you have received a wrong item, please do not accept the item(s) and contact us immediately.

We do not allow any exchange or return for all our products after the acceptance of a delivery. We strongly advise all our customers to duly check and inspect the products ordered for any damage(s), wrong product(s) and/or other defects from your original order placed at the point-of-delivery. Should there be any defects as stated above, please notify our logistics operators immediately without accepting the products and we will act accordingly.

No return and no exchange after the acceptance of a delivery.

 

3. I have accidentally made an order without applying a coupon code that I have. What should I do?

Please contact us during our office operating hours and we will provide further assistance.

 

4. The discount does not show on the checkout summary page even after I applied the promo code. What should I do?

Please check that you have met the conditions of use for the promo code (e.g. expiry date of the code, eligibility of the products you have selected, minimum order value, etc). In the event you still require further assistance, please contact us during our office operating hours, indicating the products you’ve selected and the promo code you wish to use.

 

5. Can I make an order reservation?

Order reservation is not available at the moment.

 

6. My checkout page won’t load. What should I do?

You may try refreshing your page. If the problem persists, try using another browser.

 

7. I have made payment for an order. What’s next?

Upon making your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us indicating your order information/details and an order number attached to it. If you are unable to locate the mail, try checking your junk mail folder. Once your order is shipped or read for collection, you will receive another email notification.

 

8. No cancellations of orders

Once an order is confirmed at payment is made, we will not accept any cancellations of orders.
